Step #1 Your Website Goals

At Equity Crossing once you have signed on you will more than likely be in contact with a designer via a phone call, although sometimes it’s all through email. The designer will talk to you about your goals, wants, and needs with your web design project.   Once the designer gets what you are going for, they will send you an invoice via email for you to approve.  Your web design invoice will provide you with a breakdown of everything included in your web design project.  You can check out our affordable web design packages above to get an idea of what our prices are.  You can also email us for a free price estimate.  When you approve the invoice, you will then make your first payment. Full payment is preferred, but we are always are willing to work with people. Usually, half down is standard.  If you don’t have a domain address, we can assist you in selecting one that will generate the most business for you.  If you need web hosting, we will take care of that and present you with options.

Step #2 Creating the Perfect Design

We will begin to work on the first draft of your design. While we are hammering out  our creative ideas, this would be a great time for you to gather all of your content. This means preparing all the text for your website, spellchecking it, making any necessary edits, etc.  If you want to use stock photos on your website, you can find the photos that you want to use on an online stock photo store.  It is important to note here that the more organized you are with your content the faster your website will be finished.

Step #3 Approval of Your Website Design

Once you approve the design we have created for your website; which usually is accomplished in three drafts, we will start to build your website.  You will email us all of your content, and we will plug it in.  At Equity Crossing, we never go ahead with a design unless you love it.  So don’t worry we don’t just run with it.  We can’t imagine anything worse than you disliking any part of your website that we’ve designed.  Some designers aren’t this way.  So be careful!

Step #4 Launch Your Website

At this point it is just a matter of  launching your website, so it is live on the internet, and making any tweaks or adjustments that you may have.  I know this sounds like a pretty easy process, but to us it is.  We like to keep things light, professional, and fun.  Having your website designed by Equity Crossing will be a stress-free and fun experience.  It really is about three steps to a amazing, attractive and effective website.
